Nautical Network is a media-first platform for the boating world. We produce original content, operate and link to marketplaces and tools, and, through Nautical Studio and Surroundings Group, provide production and marketing services for boat owners, brokers, charters, and marine brands.

We do not act as a yacht or boat broker and we do not buy or sell boats. Our Feature Your Boat and related intake forms are requests for content, featuring, distribution, or marketing services. They are not offers to broker, list for sale, or transact a vessel.

When you submit a form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting a request does not create a binding contract for services. Any engagement is subject to a separate agreement and our acceptance.

Our calculators, including the boat loan calculator and insurance estimator, are provided for general information only. They produce estimates, not offers, quotes, or advice. They are not financial, lending, insurance, tax, or legal advice. Actual rates, premiums, and terms depend on many factors and are determined by licensed third parties. Always confirm with a qualified professional before making a decision.

The site links to and integrates third-party services, including boat listings and our shop. Products, prices, availability, and purchases on third-party storefronts are provided by those third parties and governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or transactions.

The site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and content we create, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our permission. Brand names and trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, submit false or unlawful information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
